cameron highland village

The city of dreams
The city of light and dark
Between the flow many misfortunes
Of lives and charades
The small towns to big cities
The migrants hop mixing with dreams
Some waylaid on the streets
Solemn faces dying visions
The clever ones win
Bending the rules minds of steel
Forgetting roots changing the book
Build a new outlook forgetting the old
In history you can't forget
No matter what changes you make
The roads you live through
You just can't ignore
The foundations you can't put a way
It is what history would tell on you
Once you forget God will take it back
What have you in the end?
There are many trying to rewrite history
Of their lives way back in the towns and villages
Bragging their lives joining the city folks
In the end it is keeping up with the ideals
What will it end?
The painful confusion and loneliness
In the decades when things will go wrong
God has spoken the checkmate on the board
It is best be humble
Though you may strike it rich
Your riches you can't take with you
When God call you home
There is a lesson
Don't forget your life history
The planting, the growth, the decline and history
You will walk back the same road again
