Langkawi Beach
The row of women
Half naked lying in the sun
In the glory of the sun rays
They paid homage
The local guys stopped by
Smoking cigarettes and canned of beers
Under the shady coconut trees
They watched the Caucasian women
The island in the sun
The sun bathers brought a change
For the landscape on the white sandy beaches
They paid homage to the glorious sun
The conservative women
They complained and made political statements
They forgot they were the foreign tourists
They brought their own cultures with them
The island in the sun
I was there living the life
The sound of calling wind
The echo of the rushing waves
