don't forget to listen

The changes of a life
The changes of management
The changes involving human capital
The changes into the systems
It shouldn't be a one track role
Barking orders resenting alternative views
It bounds to create friction
It bounds to derail any ambition plans
When the groundwork doesn't support it
Eventually it is the emptiness inside
All plans need input from the ground
Let these people have a say
Let they believe there is a potential
To execute the plan they share together
Otherwise the failure will be on the card
The writing is on the wall
Ignore it the peril or disaster on our hands
In everything we do
Don't forget the listening
Don't forget the humble ways
Don't forget to share and communicate
Else there is playing in an empty audience
