To get the traffic offenders to pay their fines

Else they have to go to jail

Why waste manpower this way?

Docked it on their road tax renewals

Without payment they can't drive their vehicles

Allow JPJ officers to take back their licences

When they finally pay up

JPJ can return back their licences

With warning for these habitual traffic offenders

In future their licences will be endorsed with red marks
