the headaches with stray cats

A leader should take the woes
Rapidly rising in his watch
He shouldn't put blame on others
Pointing fingers to his opponents

He should blame himself
It is on his shoulder to take the fall
He shouldn't try to hide it away
Afraid to give himself a bad report

Once a leader has done that
He should be able to carry forward
Recognizing his own weaknesses
Recognizing his own backup team

Once he sees it
The burden can be lifted quickly
He will find answers to his weaknesses
And the team he has picked

Don't put blame on others
If a leader can't handle the heat
It is best he steps down

Let others take up the mantle
