don't interfere in lovers choice

I recalled the time
Decades ago when I was young
My aunty refused her daughter's boyfriend
She made her into a mad woman

She turned mad
She lost her mind
She hated her mother
She locked her in her room

There she stayed
For many years I knew
When we shifted house
She was sad in her way

You see she was attached to my mother
Those years when she was mad in her room
Only my mother could pacify her
Not her family especially my aunty

When I grew up
My mother told me she passed away
Ripe to her old age
Still I believe hating her mother

I remember this episode
Don't interfere in lovers choice
They harvest; they pay for it
They can't put blame if things turn bad
