The houses are left unsold
It runs into billions of unlocked
funds
Now who are to blame for this
housing situation?
It could be the developers
The prices are set too high
In the current economic situation
The people aren’t going to buy
The uncertainty rings in their heads
There must be a study
Before any houses or shops or
offices are built
In a given situation a developer
must know
The past records will show the way
Even in a major town
There are many shop lots unsold
Yet the developers keep building it
They think people want to buy?
The town and city councils will
approve
They will want to collect taxes
It will beef up their finances
But they should advice the
developers
Now all the unsold units
Should put in a new company
Issue shares for the sales
It may help to unlock the funds
Or sell at a discounted price
The developers hiked up for profits
By lowering it, the houses may find
buyers
And open it up to the foreigners on
leasehold units
The housing bubbles
It slowly creeps into our scene
PH has to find ways to help
Of the virus left behind by Bee Anne
