when the tough get going

The heat in the kitchen
The sweat and smell floating around
She can’t take the aroma
She feels she isn’t in the group

Once she could
Honing her skills learns the rope
When she acquired the experiences
Tutoring by the older cooks

The years down the road
She hasn’t learned to mix the menu
Every dish can be changed to the time
It can’t be the same dishes

When she can’t see it
She throws away her apron and walks away
She has enough of the kitchen heat
She needs to breathe some fresh air

When the tough get going
She can’t handle it properly
She signals to get away
She wants to stay ordinary

She thinks she has her time
Once she is out in the main kitchen
She will realize she can be quickly forgotten
The ambitious leaders will not look back
