When we don't have saving
Growing old in the society
Life will be a tough choice to live
Depending on hand-out will be a shame
The children grow up start own families
They have their own interests to look after
The parents aging in years
Without saving life will be tough to live by
In Singapore the city old people
They still can find work on a lesser scale
Cleaning on tables doing minor chores
At least they have something to earn and live
The aging people
Saving is important to survive
Without it life will be a sad story
Echoing for the generations not to forget
