The police will enforce it
When reports are filed for action
Th culprits will face the law
The stray dogs and cats
No humans should mistreat them
Let the authorities involved handled the animals
We can only report to them for action
Some had been charged
For the cruelty to dogs and cats
These culprits will be fine and jail
It isn't worth it to run with the strays
