The complaints
To the city halls or town councils
They will not respond willingly
They may undertake it
When too many people file the grievances
The heads will take a long while to respond
Every state has its own issues
They will say of insufficient manpower
While most of the services contracted out
Leaving the civil servants a lot of free time
We can watch them handling their hand-phones
The customer services will not really happen
On top of that they have the dressing code
Without it the public will not be entertained
They will say of not following the dressing code
They forget they are paid by the public
They have to provide public services
Yet the prime minister hasn't scolded them
In fact he will stay quiet afraid to offend
Afraid he may lose their votes
The complaints
It should be addressed quickly
Let the public feel satisfied
Of quick actions by the public authorities
