These dogs pose danger to people
The cyclists, motorists and walkers
Besides these stray dogs
May have diseases on them
The town councils shouldn't close an eye
Action needed to control the stray dogs
The council officers should walk
Around the housing estates to identify dogs
Without licence on homes and on the streets
It has to be done periodically
Every dog keeps as pet need a licence
A fine should be impose if owner fails to comply
The repeated owners should be sent to jail
This will wake up the dog owners
The stray dogs
Don't allow them to breed
Some are released by the dog owners
Who decided not to keep them
