A leader must act on his convictions
Balancing the needs of the people
He should think through it
Though he may receive advice

When it is made
Don’t be a fooled to retract it a day or two
It shows how weak a leader is
He never weighs his options
He never understands the logic
He accepts blindly what feeds into him

It boils down to his skills
Does he know his work?
Glorifying himself forgetting his ground
He will surely fall in no time

When other departmental leaders say
Away from the agreed book of ethics
Don’t let them get away………….
If a leader doesn’t take appropriate measures
The core will be broken the bridge will be lost
In the end there will no backbone

A general must listen to his soldiers
Give them the credit for they will fight for him
Ignore them a general will lose his battle
In no uncertain terms he shall lose his stars

When lies make into truths
A leader who believes it
It is the end of the road for him
The ground has cracked
The many pot holes to fill
It is a daunting task to get it going
It is a hard life to bridge the gap

So it is better to listen
Both sides of the line
Big ears to the people and opposition
Don’t listen to your people all the time
