Our education system
By rote we learn and struggles
If other students can do
Why can’t we follow?
We are teaching robots
Into the main stream of life
Testing one ability in an examination
It doesn’t tell in the end
Every one has different tastes and ability
It can’t be used in a compact basis
As if one hole fixes all
It is flaw in our thinking
Give them theory
Give them practical experiences
Give them assignments
Examination holds 40%
In this way we nurture students
To stand on their own
In pursuit of their journey
The leaders of tomorrow
In government and corporate world
Yet our leaders sleep on it
They don’t study the education system in depth
As long as it benefits one race
The others stay or get away as they like
And our government leaders want to think first class
In front of their eyes they don’t recognize the setbacks
Of the third class mentality to compete in the world
They must be living under the coconut shell………..
Only good as champion kampong
