the coA judges fail

Perak the CoA judges miss the point
The Sultan has no power to sack a Chief Minister
He has no power to ask for his resignation
He has no power to determine terms
The Sultan is just a constitutional monach

It is the State Assembly which decides
The tenure of the Chief Minister
Through passing of no confidence vote
When it is passed, the Chief Minister has to go

Here the CoA judges ruled otherwise
They don't follow the written law
They go out to galloping on horses
Jumping fences over streams
Yet the answer is in the Constitution
Plainly laid out for all to understand

Giving contrary answers to the Constitution
The CoA judges have failed in their oath of office
Rule of law and Constitution
They should ask
“Has the Sultan the power to sack a Chief Minister?”
It is so plainly written in the Constitution

Perak crisis will never end
Even with the Federal Court hearing
I wish the judges of FCA have common sense
Follow the law and Constitution
The State Assembly is the one
To decide the fate of any Chief Minister
The Sultan has no authority to sack
