Ages ago the flourishing spot
People gathered roaring businesses
Lining up on the street
Traffic was heavy crowd was busy
The laughter and shouting
Of hawkers and customers
Smoking high roaring enterprises
Many make their money
They then disappeared
Into the posh society
One by one disappears
Children too venturing into the cities
Leaving the unsuccessful ones
Still dreaming of the big times
Ages down the street
The many dawns and sun rise glow
Finally the older generations with coated eyes
Living in the past dreaming of its past glory
The Rusty lane crows
Nobody listens now
It is abandoned and forgotten
The shouting and laughter
Footprints in the minds
Of people who once lived there
