In the morning as I watched
The stripes kitten ran to the porch
Across the street she meowed loudly
She thought she was lost in the neighborhood
She was a tame kitten
Maybe around 5 months old
With short bushy tail of tiger stripes
She came walking slowly in
She played around the garden
Jumping up wall and walking on potted plants
She looked at the water hose head
Staring as if it was a rat......
She climbed on fence
As I approached the kitten
Meowing softly I put it outside the lane
The white big cat came running
Chasing the tiger stripes kitten
She ran back to the porch again
A few times the game was played
Finally she was gone from the garden
Somebody's kitten let loose
Maybe she has gone home to its owner
For the adult cats will not allow new cats
Running loose around the controlled territory
