the nomination day
The
hopefuls will contest
In

atmosphere will be heart pounding
When
you see different groups with supporters
With
police officers keeping a close watch nearby
The
flag carriers and the candidates
At
the nomination centres
Sometimes
chaos can happen
The
atmosphere is always tense
When
opposite camps will tout each other
There
will be singing
Of
“Allahu Akhbar” amongst the Islamic faith
The
atmosphere can be riveting in the mind
With
marching in orderly flow
I
had attended as part of the supporting group
Of
a time just to feel the atmosphere then
A
police DSP officer kept watch
I
could feel the pounding of heart beats
Today's
the battle
Tomorrow
the country smile or cry
It
is in our hands to decide her destiny
And
ours in the scheme of events
