we can't allow a red card

He croaks for a while
Out from the pond of murky water
He finally says something right
If only he doesn't hide in the shadow

A steady hand is needed
The affairs of the nation wait
It mustn't be allowed to deteriorate
The painted canvas can't shake it free

The militant groups will sway
Drug the minds stop the reasoning
The web of lines connecting to a cause
The religious politics downfall of many

The time to be free
It lies in our minds
We can't allow a red card
We have too much at stake
