The
manifesto has no legality in law
It
is a promise to do a better way
It
hasn't the law to muscle in
It
is at best a dream in a big day
Though
the voters expect the changes
When
the winning party wins in the poll
The
winning leaders can put it aside
But
as gentlemen they should try to make it work
The
Prime Minister should by courtesy consult
The
Cabinet members and PSC to get the feedback
He
shouldn't discuss it with his closest friends
Though
he has his rights to consult anyone
The
high profile appointments crank the PSC necks
The
members get the news from the press releases
Though
PSC may cry loud and clear on it
As
it stands, the Prime Minister has his way
The
Prime Minister should play by the manifesto
He
will not lose face but gain by it through consultation
With
his Cabinet members and PSC on high profile appointments
Although
the law says the Prime Minister has his power to appoint
