We have gone wrong
on our lives
We pursue our needs
and forgetting the simple things
Leaving us gasping
for air
We still talk on
race
We haven’t gone
high
We are still broken
in our minds
We should talk as
Malaysians
But we haven’t done
so
We are cocooned
ourselves on race
We positioned
ourselves on State
We see things so
differently
Sabah will talk on
Sabahan
Sarawak will talk
on Sarawakian
Johore will advertise
as Bangsa Johor
Where is Malaysia
in our minds?
Get back the basics
We are Malaysians
Though we come from
different States
It’s the unity
which will make us progress
