To stop the spread of any diseases

Spreading into our lives

We learn it while we were small

As we grow up to become adults

We tend to forget our basic hygiene

We tend not to follow the basic rules

We tend to believe “it is our way”

We will hear our mothers scream at us

“Wash your hands with soap

Clean it thoroughly before sit down for meals”

There is a reason isn't it?

How many have forgotten it?

Going to wash-rooms they too forget

Wash our hands and wipe dry with paper towels

Simple easy doing things in our training

Diseases and virus multiply quickly

We are to blame forgetting our basic hygiene

Even washing our legs after a walk we forget

We may think what's the difference?

The difference the little demons like it

The little devils can cause damage to our bodies

Little do we know when we forget our basic hygiene

We will pay for lives!
