The midday sun snoring away
There is no fear for the rats
They can do as they like
Without the cat watching
The rats gain the upper hand
Somewhere of the La La land
The emergency circle crows
The rats standing proud
In the midday sun holding up high
The certificate of approval
The cat can't do a thing
The free passage they seek
Walking proudly with a smile
The cat can't do but watch

But the smell stinks
Up from the back door
The rats don't care
It's the world to see
