Staying healthy

One of the true ways to live in tune

Knock off the bad toxins

Let the body flow smoothly


Eating healthy food

Drink lots of water or juices

It will cleanse up the body

Draining out the bad elements


Stay happy and live in positive values

It will enrich a person's life and worth

Give a smile has the domino effect

Living in happy mood life in shine


Even in meditation helps too

Draw out the bad wind and let it go

Breathe in the enriching values

Clear the mind of the bad memories


Exercise may help to stay healthy

It doesn't always stay in tune to lose weight

Because the master switch may run out of alignment

Hence the overweight people fighting hard to lose the pounds

The wrong kind will make it worst

In the long run it will be a heavy load
