Every one has choices
How he wants to eat his food
Vegetarian or Meat or both?
Each has its good and bad
We are told to maintain a balance diet
Because our bodies need fuel and energy
Even the brain needs sugar and fats
It needs to maintain its optimum level
The routine exercises may help
It isn't the whole game to stay healthy
A proper food and water consumption
Will help to stay in equilibrium level
Stroke happens on bad blood flow to the brain
It doesn't select a vegetarian or meat eater
If our pipes are rusty and never flashed out
In the long term we will suffer for our inaction
How we brand ourselves
We should have a balance diet
Drink sufficient water in the day
Sleep well stop worrying!
