The subsidies
Strategies must be there
The loopholes must be thought out
Don't give excuses

There is this fat Cabinet
Don't these ministers think out of the box?
Maybe they think of their own survival needs
Let the people fend for themselves
But the nation?
Besides there are the many advisors
Aren't they suppose to offer sane advice?
The taxpayers are wondering what they do
Don't they test on the civil servants first?
The civil servants can give the feedback
Before it is fully launched in the country
Because they go for the summer holidays
The scarecrow standing in the sun
He can't take the heat from the sky
The temperature is rising giving him headache
Even the wind whispering the heated words
The scarecrow will say his excuses again
Leaving the nation suffering with incompetence
Feeling the cascading heat of the wind in every direction
He wishes he can sail it on
But he anchors on the ground
Lifting it up he will fall
