In the dark so they can live in luxuries
The ground will heat up
The rural folks will listen to the news
How the nation has lost billions
Still the elites pretend nothing is new
They still think of gaining power
Along with the benefits
The court cluster feeling the heat
Afraid ROS will not accept the party's amendments
They may run foul of ROS as the officers study the documents
On the wings the scarecrow may benefit himself
If ROS refuses to recognize the recent amendments
The doors will be wide open for camps to contest
The country is feeling the edge
The economy isn't rearing high
The pandemic has slowly punched its presence
Causing the infection to run in thousands
The people are struggling to fill up pockets
But on current performances it will be hard
The ruling elites
Still hanging on race and religion
They don't come out with better ideas
How to put the shine back to the nation
Instead they want to celebrate Malay cultural day
