The AGC the credibility at stake
Every time the chamber entertains
The letters of representation
It shows the chamber hasn't gotten all the facts
The person already charged in court
Let the process continue to the verdict
Even if AGC loses the court battle
At least something of legality is learned
DNAA showing a poor taste on prosecution
The person has been charged in court
Pleading not guilty is the common ground
Until the court disposes off the case
The AGC has already firmed up the charges
The chambers have DPPs to read and review
The charges for them to ponder and hold true
Why change of mind after the court proceeding?
The laymen or public will think
There is a political interference
Dropping the charges after appearing in court
It doesn't bring credibility to the chamber
