They are into this holy alliance
Milk the country
Spare no thoughts for the people’s welfare
It is true the marriage always working in tandem
Crafted on the sand
Create wealth then disappear
Nobody will remember unless some ass businessmen come along
Digging the same story money to be made
Like those of the old
The story will be repeated
Because people always forget
Thinking of jobs and money
Dreaming for the good taste of life
Now the PR government has a chance
An opportunity to make good for the people
Don’t let it happen in its watch
The people needs come first
Then the state can prosper
Let the place a relaxing retreat
For the people of Penang
Let the people taste the gifts of nature
Surrounding the bustling city island
Sometimes when you sit and sip your drink
You always have the feeling God works mysteriously
Though we may rant and protests
