It has become a nuisance
Crawling into the house
The black coal with white tip
Years ago I remembered
In the old village of yester-years
With friends gone under the houses
Catapulted the black lizards
It was fun activity
Crawling beneath the houses
Sometimes found loose coins
On the ground
Now the lizards
I thought I let them alone
In the garden in the porch
At times hanging at the balcony
It has entered the house
The domain exclusive barred
