his way or no way

His way or no way
That's the problem
When a leader can't see
The party picks him

Now he is on his own
The chain has broken
He just doesn't see it
He fails to follow

The template has changed
He has to go no way for him to stay
In history he will be recorded
A man who forgets discipline

There is bolt and screw
A leader can't have his way
Once it the chain is broken
Goodbye is just the word
