doesn't do harm to the public

always stays on by himself

will cycle around town
Sometimes
he walks on his own
Sometimes
he goes fishing

doesn't disturb anyone
Once
he was a teacher
He
scored well academically
Maybe
he studied too hard

flipped his mind..

latest story I heard
He
chased his parent and sister
out
of his sister's house
They
went to rent a home
The
unstable mind
It
can run amok without reasons
So
it is better to avoid him

will be hard to cure
