The monitor lizard in the house

Once it made noises in the store

Thinking it was a lizard or rat

But nothing was seen with the naked eyes

So it was left there

Later it was found running in the room

Running a bit wild to get free

Knowing it was trapped

Used brooms to sweep

It ran to the fridge in the kitchen

Moved the fridge a few times

Finally caught it between two brooms

Let it go through the sliding door

It ran away quickly....

It smelled freedom at last

Seeing the green and the light
