The
fishermen
Thinking
they are home free
In
the open sea
The
huge submarine floats
The
gushing of waves
Rocking
the fishing trawlers
Swaying
left to right; right to left
The
fishermen hold on it tight
Though
they wave and smile
The
submarine sailors appear
Throwing
nets at the fishermen
They
are caught in surprise
“What
are you doing?
Let
us go! Let us go!”
The
screaming voices
The
wind blowing it away
The
nets tightened
The
fishermen all squeezed inside
Dragging
them down into the hatch
Leaving
the fishing trawlers alone in the sea
In
the open sea
The
floating fishing trawlers
Alone
by itself
The
fishermen all in the cage
