the morning wood


Males have problem
The morning wood can't rise
They feel unwanted
They feel the heat of depression

Some seek medical help
Trying to find the cause of the problem
Some seek short term from drugs
Giving them temporary measure of goodness

But it has its side effects
Too much of it will cause heart attacks
We have to find a permanent solution
Short cut will not help in the end

The morning wood needs blood flow
Without it nothing will work naturally
The inflow of blood is blocked
As a result there is the limp mood

Exercise will help the morning wood
It gives the wake up call to perform
It takes about 10 minutes of the busy time
It makes the morning wood alive

And don't forget about natural foods
Eat a lot of greens especially cauliflower
Broccoli, artichoke, watermelon, nuts
Natural foods no side effects

There are ways to get it done
You don't need drugs to make it work
You need some exercise and natural foods
It doesn't cause you a bomb
