thief can have a short stay
Live
up to his ill-gotten wealth

the power game there are some who would

law will not touch these crooks

are allowed to walk free

will be no investigations

there is a police report made

file will be close quickly

the drawer waiting for the green light

we mustn't let the thief run away

will do it again knowing he can walk free
