They may just leave and seek pasture elsewhere

Where their sacrifices aren't appreciated

Winning and losing is in the game

So it is with profits and losses in businesses

Nobody can win all the times in a play

No company will make profits all the times

Where there are setbacks

It is time to sit back and redraw plans

Nobody wants to lose in a game

But reality somebody has to lose

The more one loses

There will be the experience

As confidence will return

So will be the winning
