Shame shouldn’t be
forever
It has to happen
let it play along
Do not cover it and
stay away
Strip it off look
for the positive values
In life there is
light and darkness
There is the Yin
and Yang
There is the
positive and negative value
If only we don’t
run away and hide
Once we fall for
the shame
It is a breakaway
stop to revalue the reason
It isn’t the end of
a life’s worth
It is only a setback
of our own doing
Shame will cut
through the fabric of the mind
There it will stay
in reality in memory
Of things we say or
do along our lives
But life is still a
long to live and experience
