Even those who
operators who apply
The licences are to
a certain time
But do the business
owners care?
They know town
council officers will not check
Some operators will
pay a few parking lots
But they will
occupy many more of it
The public can
complaint but the result?
It is the same old
story
The town council
officers aren’t on shift work
They work in
straight shift leaving at night free
The enforcement
officers should be on shifts
In this way the
business operators will behave
Maybe the state
governments shouldn’t fund it
Let the town
councils find their own collections
The town councils
should plan how to collect funds
By it the district
officers will walk the grounds
The same old story
everywhere
The towns to the
cities
The same disease
spreads around
The officers aren’t
on shift
