There is nothing to shout about

It is back to basic needs

With a debt running to 1 trillion

The country needs all the cut measures

It can’t carry on mega projects as it likes

It has to pick and choose base on a need

The budget is going to tackle issues

On the basic needs of the nation

The education needs top the list

It is nurturing for the future generations

Not all the states can get what it wants

There could be some states left with angry faces

The states may get less of the budget allocation

This is the budget to find ways to repay debts

Though the opposition leaders will say

All the bad things on the budget

This is what the opposition will do

Otherwise they can’t label themselves as opposition

The ordinary folks will thumb up the budget

Now they realize the government listen to their woes

Let us walk behind PH government to cure the ills
