Who is to blame if
not the town council?
The people
complaints but fall in the bins
In the end the rubbish
dumps every where
Now most jobs are
sourced out
The town council
officials have to spot checks
They don’t have to
sit in the office
They must have a
timetable to walk around
The town councils
are to work for the people
It isn’t for them
to ignore the tax payers
Bearing in mind
they are paid by them
At least show they
are on the ground

It will become an
eyesore to the public
