look in the mirror



When tension rises
The mind full of traffic jam
It can’t concentrate
It seems to look blank

Take a break look in the mirror
Perform some monkey faces
It will make you smile or laugh
It is good for the mind

You will find back your bearing
You will feel relax to watch life
You will life has many to offer
You can’t feel miserable with time

Tension is good
It lets the mind works it out
Though it will be slow
Feeling angry or frustrated is nothing new

Do some exercises
It may help to alleviate the tension
The best is look in the mirror
See your own face make you free
