The
oldies
In
the parks
In
the gardens
In
the malls
The
years melt away
The
wrinkles on the faces
The
lines line up nicely
The
signs of oldies
On
the path to golden years
But
the oldies
They
aren't hopeless
They
have storage of knowledge
They
have the skills earned and learned
They
are still can contribute
To
the young generations
If
the young are willing to listen
Salute
Tun Daim Zainuddin
He
gets his Doctorate degree
In
his early 80's putting most of us in shame
This
is the motivation to push others
Learning
isn't a destination
It
is a continuous process to stay relevant
The
oldies
Don't
say they are out of light
They
have the library of knowledge
They
are useful to guide the young
The
guide posts to a better living
Though
granted some oldies
Are
the pain in the arses
They
think they are mighty
They
don't listen or receive advice
Generally,
we should accept
The
oldies have the practical experiences
The
young should listen and make it better
