A new strain of virus
Rocking the Rona world
It can spready easily and effective
It has arrived in Ozzie land and a neighbour nation
This new strain spreads in UK
From there it is carried to Ozzie land
Where it has jumped up the chart
The people are asked to stay at homes
On our shore it hasn't knocked it
But our infection keeps rising
Now the total has shot up to over 100k
Yet our inter-state borders are open
The vaccines roll in
But will it block the new strain?
It's hard to tell
Because the vaccines on rapid workload
