We live in a nation

Where money talks all the times

With politics tainted of corruption and greed

And it is always about a race

How are we going to achieve economic power?

It seems we have lost our golden eggs

As Vietnam seems to riding high on her economy

Glowing with FDI pouring into the country

The Malays of long ago

They were nice and friendly race

I remember during my kampong days

Now we hear of the educated uncouth mouths

The Malays should forget about handouts

They should learn how to fish in their lives

Look at the Singapore Malays how they progress

They speak good English and that's how they succeed

But tell them the truth

They will sing a different tune

They believe with racist political leaders say

They painted a race of abundance

We are the sum total of the nation

We have to move in a cohesive unit

Without it the nation will not progress

The economy has no race involved
