The bird nest hanging
By the branch of a tree
It sways with the strong breeze
I think it may fall one day
When the little birdies hatch
The weight may break the branch
Precariously hanging for its life
By then chances of survival
Dim into the night
Maybe I dont know about it
The humming bird should know better
Yet when I see the branch sagging low
On its own weight chances are
The 4 eggs may not see the day
So I do the safety way
Tie strings supporting to other branches
In this way I hope no incident
Of eggs or little birdies fall out bottom
