bull dog
The rabid bull dog
On the street barking
Saliva flowing from its mouth
The red eyes the sickness in its mind
The blue van parking near
The blue uniformed catchers watch
By the street stalls sipping hot coffee
Listening to the barking ignoring its sickness
The rabid bull dog runs
Around the tree to tree
Four paws on the ground
Head bending sniffing its urine
The concerned people watch
A few walk to the blue uniformed
“Don't you want to put the poor fella down?
The bull dog is suffering of its disease”
“It's only one poor dog
Barking with its own ghost
Just let it for a while
We want to finish our coffee”
So the rabid bull dog
By the street behaving badly
The disease of its mind and body
Until the people shoot it away
