The neighbor dog
Chained by a rope
The freedom curtailed
It was barking non-stop
Nobody paid any attention
Let the small dog barked its way
“What it could do in chained?
Even it wanted to poo got to do”
Across the street the small dog barked
A lonely cry in the morning bright sunshine
Lucky for the small dog shady trees helped
There weren't any friendly canine to keep company
So the small dog kept barking in the bright light
The sunshine heated up the ground the heat became unbearable
The hot wind barely returned to play with the morning shine
The small dog barking other dogs would say “Served you right!” for disobeying
