Don't get fooled by the Budget

It is to make us feel better in a year

Once it pulls the carpet under our feet

Everyone will fall like Humpty Dumpty

For the next 5 years still complaining

Instead we should make the giant falls

Like the Humpty Dumpty from the wall

There lies the wills of everyone

We have read the scandals

We have heard cases of corruption

We have heard all the lies

We have been told in many fork tongues

While the truth seems galloping in the air

Don't get hope from the Budget

It never takes away the bad in our lives

It is just a way to make us feel there is an oasis

Running wild on the hot desert land

When our minds will play tricks

We don't see the gates closing tight

We will be trapped inside

Living in fear of the caste system

Our rights keep eroding

By every law enacted to protect the us or the bad?

Even the Constitution has been taken out of its degree

Rendering it impotent in full force of the bad

We hear how the lawyers argue their cases in court

In their minds and hearts they know it is wrong

But for the sake of worldly promotions and perks

They are willing to sacrifice their souls

The lure of the golden lights in their eyes

Though they are a few who will not bend their principles

They dare to make their stand

The Budget is a political tool

We must't fall for the trap

We need to realize it by now

It can change or amend

Like the wind in Parliament
