one has a job to do

complete the whole process
The
scouts will go
Traveling
a distance
Some
may not return
Some
will bring the good news
Once
the target is identified
The
working ants will start to move
The
long journey the ants walk
For
the good of its community
There
is no fighting
The
leaders will supervise
Sharing
the equal loads
Pulling
no favors
The
study of ants
The
humans seem far behind
We
seem to talk on race and religions
The
division of benefits but not for the whole
